H1:  What's the best way to get started?
On the main screen (the Calendar tab), tap the +ToDo button at the bottom and then tap Quick-ToDo. Enter some notes about something you need to do and tap Save. Notice that your new item is shown on the main screen where your calendar events and all of your ToDos will be shown. Tap your item to see more options for it, such as a checklist and photos.

H2:  Prioritize your ToDos.
On the main screen, notice the sections High, Normal, Low. You can place a ToDo in one of those sections by tapping its green circle on the right (which has an H, N, or L in it) and select High, Normal, or Low. You can also deep-tap on that green circle and move it above or below other ToDos.

H3:  Quickly snap a photo of a receipt.
On the main screen, deep tap on the Daily-WS button to launch the scanner. If your receipt is fairly flat on a darker background, you can Auto-Scan it using our page finder technology. You can add as many photos as you want. Your final PDF document is saved away in your Daily-WorkSpace; you can always go back and find it or move it to another folder when you're ready.

H4:  Repeat a ToDo on a regular basis.
Create or open a ToDo and tap in the blue area; notice the options there. Tap Repeat and then select Weekly (for example) and then Save. Now, upon completing your ToDo, you will be prompted to actually create the next ToDo a week later. What's cool about this though is you can easily create it for a day that is more than week later (since you very often don't actually complete a ToDo on the exact day you set it up for; think "oil change" or "replace the furnace filter").

H5:  Rename a folder or file.
On the left-hand side of an item, tap the "hot-icon" and you will see an "A" inside a red box; that one is for renaming. Check out the other options there too while you are at it.

H6:  Create new content, such as a note or a folder.
On the Files tab or in your Daily-WorkSpace, you will notice a "menu icon" in the upper right. Tap on it to see several types of items that you can create.

H7:  Move a file from one folder to another.
On the Files tab or in your Daily-WorkSpace, you will notice a "menu icon" in the upper right. Tap on it and notice the orange icon that says "Select" under it. Tap it to see that you can select multiple items at a time and then you can then Move, Copy, Delete, or Rearrange them.

H8:  Create a document on your desktop and then access it in the app.
You can just place the document in some Dropbox folder and access it on the Cloud tab. However, sometimes you don't really know where it belongs yet and you just want to get it into iStratus quickly. We recommend putting it in the folder "iStratus Daily Drop" that has already been created for you at the very top of your Dropbox. Now, in the app, just go to the Imports tab and you will see your document. The Imports tab is also where other items are dropped, such as when you copy/open an email attachment into iStratus.

H9:  Secure/encrypt a file.
To encrypt some file, such as a PDF, image, or note, tap on the lock icon on the right-hand side of the file. You must supply an encryption key to secure it. Follow the instructions for how to create a Master Password and how to create and use encryption keys.
