Taskify

Some tasks come out of thin air - just get it done. But a surprising number of tasks are related to items in your folder/file structure. The "Taskify" feature in iStratus® DayPlanner is an amazingly cool way to attach relevant tasks to the items that matter most to you. Once you start using this, you will be using it ALL the time... seriously.

On any folder/file, tap Taskify to create a task that shows up in your Daily Activity (so you are reminded of it until you complete it). We call this task a Super-Task because you can create notes, a checklist, and attach images to it.

So, what might you want to Taskify? Here are just a few examples to give you the idea:

• A folder for a course at school
• A PDF file or Word document that you need to review or edit
• A website that you would like to visit when you have the time
• Follow-up with somebody (yes, you can Taskify a contact); just tap and call!
• Attach some todos to an event in your Calendar
• Another person, such as one of your kids
